Marine Safety

A Coast Guard Auxiliary crew member uses an absorbent towel to catch spills during fueling of a Auxiliary Surface Facility. Proper fueling techniques keep our water clean and safe, and help marine life thrive in a healthier environment. Boaters are legally required to report fuel spills, and to take prompt action to clean up any spills that may occur.
